- Enquiry details — the equipment you need, lease preferences, repair descriptions, equipment details and photos you upload.
- Lease documents — only after you accept lease options, and never through this website: PAN, Aadhaar, medical registration, GST registration and bank statements.
- Technical data — basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and device type.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your lease, repair, trade-in, AMC or callback request.
- To prepare lease options, quotes, estimates and agreements.
- To verify identity and eligibility for a lease.
- To provide service, repairs and standby equipment.
- To send updates on WhatsApp where you have opted in.
4. Consent and your rights
We process your personal data with your consent and for the purposes above, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us at info@scan24.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, courier, IT and payment-processing providers), and with authorities where required by law.
6. Storage and retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and protect it with reasonable security measures.
7. Third-party services
This website loads fonts and icons from third-party content delivery networks and links to WhatsApp. These services may receive technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
