1. Lease requests
Requesting lease options does not commit you to anything. You can withdraw a request at any time before signing a lease agreement, at no cost.
2. Signed leases before delivery
If you wish to cancel after signing but before delivery, contact us immediately. Any charges are set out in your lease agreement.
3. On delivery
Please inspect equipment at installation. If anything is missing, damaged in transit or not working, tell us within 7 working days of installation and we will repair or replace it.
4. Returning equipment at the end of a lease
Where equipment is returned at the end of the term, it should be returned complete, clean and in good working order, allowing for normal wear. Our team will confirm the return arrangements with you before the term ends.
5. Early termination
The minimum lease period is 36 months. Early termination is governed by your lease agreement.
6. Repair bookings
Diagnosis is free. You can cancel a repair at no charge before approving the estimate; your equipment will be returned unrepaired. After you approve an estimate, cancellation may be charged for work already done and parts already ordered, as stated in the estimate.
7. Maintenance contracts (AMC)
Cancellation of an AMC is governed by the terms in your AMC proposal.

Cancellation and return terms for outright purchases are set out in the purchase quote.
