How often are preventive checks done?
The schedule is set in your AMC proposal, based on your equipment and how heavily it is used.
Are repairs included in the AMC?
Your AMC proposal sets out exactly what is covered. Repairs are given priority, and any repair work is estimated and approved by you before it starts.
